Refund Policy

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

Refunds: Available only on the day of receiving your item.

Refunds will exclude courier costs and will be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Available for up to 14 days after receiving your item, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Washing & Care Instructions: Customers must follow the washing and care instructions (Do not tumble dry, Do not Iron, Cold hand wash) provided with the product.

Items damaged due to incorrect washing or handling will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Out of Stock: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a voucher for the same value will be issued.

Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for courier fees on all returns and exchanges (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

Clearance Items: No refunds or exchanges are allowed on clearance or sale items.
